

Rocky Road Fudge Candy
Only 5 Ingredients for this easy Christmas Candy Fudge
Equipment
- 8 x 8 baking dish
- non-stick cooking spray
- parchment paper
- medium skillet or sauce pan
- spatula
- measuring cups & spoons
- large sharp knife
Ingredients
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped nuts or dry roasted peanuts
Instructions
- Spray bottom of 8 x 8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Fit a piece of parchment into baking dish.
- In a medium skillet or sauce pan place semi-sweet chocolate chips & sweetened condensed milk. Turn burner onto a medium low heat. Stir continuously until all chocolate chips have melted.
- Stir in vanilla extract. Turn off burner. Mix in mini marshmallows and peanuts.
- Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish and smooth out evenly. Top with more marshmallows and peanuts, pressing them into the fudge mixture.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours to set up. Cut into bite size pieces.
