Rustic Homemade Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups panko crumbs
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1./2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup dried parsley
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated

sauce

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp dijourn mustard
  • dash siracha sauce
  • dash Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. line a baking dish with tin foil
  • Place all meatloaf ingredients into large bowl and mix well.
  • Place onto baking dish and form into a rectangle about 1 1/2 inch thick.
  • In a small mixing bowl place sauce ingredients and mix well. Slather 2/3 of the sauce on top of meatloaf and evenly coat top and sides of meatloaf.
  • Place meatloaf into oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and place the remaining sauce onto top of meatloaf. Place back into oven set on broil for 10-15 minutes.
  • Take out of oven and let sit for a few minutes to solidify. Slice.
