Sausage Cream Cheese Balls Appetizer
Only 5 ingredients. Perfect for football season, holidays, potlucks, or anytime.
Equipment
- measuring cups
- large mixing bowl
- sheet pan lined with parchment
- small cookie scoop (1 1/2 inch)
Ingredients
- 1 lb jimmy dean breakfast sausage, uncooked
- 1 (8oz) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10oz) can rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, mild (drained)
- 1 3/4 cup bisquick baking mix
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl combine all 5 ingredients until well mixed together.
- Scoop mixture using a 1 1/2 inch cookie scoop and rolling into ball shapes using your hands. Place onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
