Turkey and Cheese Rolls

These rolls are so versatile and so delicious. I use crescent rolls to roll deli turkey and my favorite cheeses together. Add a tasty butter and garlic mixture on top and you have a yummy roll. Holiday appetizers, game day food, or just to make for a lunch or dinner. See how this comes together.

Turkey and Cheese Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 (8) oz tube crescent rolls
  • 12-16 slices favorite deli turkey
  • 8 slices favorite cheese I used Colby Cheese and Gouda Cheese
  • 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, melted
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Roll out crescent roll dough into a rectangle shape. Press together the diagonal seams together. This will produce 4 smaller rectangle pieces.
  • On each rectangle, place 3-4 pieces of turkey and 2 pieces of cheese.
  • Roll each rectangle from short end to short end and press together. Complete the other 3.
  • Slick each roll into 3 pieces.
  • Place rolls into the prepared baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and garlic. Brush over the rolls.
  • Sprinkle parsley over the rolls.
  • Place in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until rolls are golden brown and fully cooked.
