  • spatula
  • spoon
  • 9 x 9 baking dish
  • foil

Ingredients

  • 1 box stove top stuffing (cornbread, chicken, or turkey flavor)
  • + ingredients listed on side of box (water & butter)
  • 1 11 oz jar prepared gravy (I love the "Better Than Gravy")
  • 4-6 thick slices deli turkey (any flavor: cajun, smoked, or other type)
  • cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Make stuffing per directions on side of Stove Top Stuffing box.
  • Pour 1/2 a jar of prepared gravy into the bottom of a 0 x 9 baking dish.
  • Place a piece of turkey on a clean work surface. Place 2-3 TBS of prepared stuffing into center of turkey. Roll turkey from short end, to over stuffing and roll over to other end to form a cigar shape. Place seam side down into baking dish on top of the gravy.
  • Finish rest of roll ups and place into baking dish. Cover turkey & stuffing roll ups with other 1/2 of jar of gravy. Top with cracked black pepper.
  • Cover baking dish with foil and bake at 400 degree preheated oven for 30 minutes until heated through.
  • Serve up with your favorite Thanksgiving sides. Enjoy.
