Walking Tacos

An Easy Quick Dinner or Lunch Idea eaten right inside a tiny bag of Doritos. Quick & easy clean up. They will eat these up. Ground beef, taco seasoning, favorite taco toppings, and little bags of Doritos.

Equipment

  • large skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 & 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix (or 3 TBS)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • mini single serve bags of Doritos Nacho Flavored Chips or other favorite flavor
  • favorite taco toppings (shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, sliced olives, shredded cheese, sour cream, jalapenos, salsa, etc……)

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium high heat brown ground beef and saute onion until ground beef is no longer pink and cooked through. Onion should be softened.
    Drain excess grease. Stir in water and taco seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off burner.
  • Prepare your taco toppings.
  • Open up bag at the bottom side. Crush chips through the bag. Top broken chips in the bag with taco meat. Then top the taco meat with your favorite taco toppings.
    Hold bag closed and shake to mix up, or use a spoon to mix up.
    Serve right away and enjoy from the bag. Easy clean up and a quick, fun way to eat dinner.
