Air Fryer Crispy Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4-6 medium boneless pork chops (1 - 1 1/2 inch thickness)
  • 2 TBS cooking oil
  • 1 cup panko crumbs
  • 3/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3/4 tsp ceyenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix panko crumbs and all of the seasoning together in a narrow dish or pie plate. Brush pork chops all over with cooking oil.
  • Place pork chops one at a time into the panko/seasoning mixture and coat the tops, bottoms, and sides well.
  • Spray basket of air fryer with non-stick cooking spray. Place coated pork chops into prepared basket.
  • Close drawer to air fryer and place on 400 degrees. Cook for 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the pork chop. Flip pork chops over at the halfway time frame. Pork chops are done with they reach at least 145 degrees.
