Ultimate Tex-Mex Cheese Dip (Queso)

- 1 lb Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage
- 8 oz block cream cheese, cut into slices
- 8 oz velvetta cheese, cubed
- 8 oz shredded mexican cheese blend
- 10 oz canned rotel tomatoes
- 8 oz canned diced tomatoes
- 1 TBS minced garlic
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 medium red onion, diced small
- 3 green onions, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup milk
- (opt) sliced jar jalapenos or whole jalapenos sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook and crumble sausage until browned. Place into deep 9 x 13 baking tin pan. Add rest of ingredients. (DO NOT STIR YET.)
Place tin pan in preheated oven for 30 - 40 minutes until all cheeses are melted. Remove from oven and stir all ingredients together to make the cheese dip.
Serve with Scoops chips, tortilla chips, or Fritos.
