Ultimate Baked Beans

12 inch cast iron skillet or 9 x 13 baking dish skillet or dish needs to be oven safe
sheet pan lined with parchment
cutting board and sharp knife
- 2 (28 oz) cans original baked beans
- 1/4 cup ketcup
- 2 TBS mustard
- 1 TBS minced garlic
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 cup molassass
- 6-8 pcs cooked bacon (crisp & golden brown) chopped
- 1/2 medium red onion, diced
- sliced green onions for garnish
In a 12 inch cast iron skillet or 9 x 13 baking dish place all ingredients and mix well to combine.
Bake in 350 degreed oven for 1 hour. Garnish with sliced green onions and enjoy.
NOTE: To make oven cooked bacon, place uncooked bacon on a parchment lined deep baking pan and bake in a 425 degree preheated oven for 15 - 18 minutes until crisp and golden brown. Let bacon drain on a paper towel covered plate. Chop into bite size pieces.
