Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium skillet over medium high heat add oil and allow to heat up. Add in diced yellow onion, sliced green onion, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Saute for 3 minutes. Remove mixture from skillet and allow to cool in small bowl.
In a small bowl mix together ketchup and hoisin sauce.
In a large bowl combine ground pork, ground beef, panko crumbs, egg, black pepper, salt, soy sauce, 1/2 of the ketchup mixture, and all of the onion mixture.
Spray a 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place loaf pan on a foil lined sheet pan. Place meatloaf mixture into loaf pan and pat down evenly.
Place in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and drain excess grease from pan carefully. Spread remainder 1/2 of the ketchup mixture on top of the meatloaf. Place meatloaf back in oven for an additional 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before serving.
