Apple Pie Dump Cake (3 Ingredient Magic Cake)

- 1 (21oz) can apple pie filling
- 1 (15.75 oz) box yellow cake mix (dry)
- 2 sticks (1 cup) butter, melted
- cinnamon for extra spice, if needed
- chopped walnuts for crunch in cake, if needed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread apple pie filling in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish evenly. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of apple pie filling, if desired.
Sprinkle dry cake mix across the pie filling in baking dish evenly. Sprinkle walnuts on top of dry cake mix, if desired.
Pour melted butter all over the cake mix on top of the pie filling in baking dish evenly to cover cake mix as much as possible.
Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until top is golden brown and the apple pie filling is bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes. Serve it up with ice cream, if desire.
