Avocado Chicken Salad

- 2 chicken breasts fully cooked and shredded
- 2 ripe avocados diced
- 1 cup corn frozen, fresh, or canned
- 1 sm red onion diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped well (substitute with pasley or dill)
- 2 TBS lime juice
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions sliced thinly
In a large bowl, place chicken, avocado, red onion, green onions, corn, and cilantro. Mix well.
In small bowl whisk together lime, olive oil, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
Pour dressing over chicken mixture and carefully toss well.
Serve and Enjoy.
