Bacon Crackers

- 1 pkg butter crackers toll house or ritz cracker will also work
- 1 pkg bacon, uncooked
- brown sugar
- black pepper or ceyenne pepper
Line a baking sheet with an edge to it with parchment paper or tin foil. Place a wire cooling rack on top of the parchment paper.
Lay out how many cracker you want on to the wire rack leaving space in between. (How many crackers will be determined by how many you need for appetizers.)
Cut bacon slices into thirds. Put each 1/3 of a piece on top of the cracker. (How much bacon you need will be determined on how many bacon crackers you want.}
Place a generous amount of brown sugar in a mound on top of each bacon piece. Sprinkle black or ceyenne pepper on brown sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15-25 minutes until desired bacon texture is met.
