Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Prepare baking sheet. (line with parchment paper, or coat with a cooking spray.)
Unfold pastry and cut in half lengthwise. Then cut into strips.
Gently place strips onto baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
While churros are baking, melt butter in a microwave safe dish.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a separate dish.
While churros are still warm, roll them into melted butter on all sides, and then roll into sugar mix one at a time. Place onto separate plate.
To make the chocolate sauce, place heavy cream & chocolate chips into microwave safe dish and heat in microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring each time, until you have a nice, smooth sauce.
drizzle over churros before serving.
