Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly spray with cooking spray.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.

Using a 1 inch or 2 inch cookie scoop, place dough on the baking sheets.

Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool for 1-2 minutes before placing cookies from pan onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
