Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment or lightly spray with cooking spray.

Mix all ingredients into a large bowl.

Scoop with a 1 inch or 2 inch scoop batter onto baking sheet.

Bake for 9 12 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet, and remove cookies onto wire racks.
