Cheeseburger Pasta Skillet

- 1 onion, diced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 TBS corn starch
- 1/2 bag egg noodles
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- fresh parsley, garnish
In deep skillet, saute onion until softened. Add ground beef and brown. Drain any fat.
Add hot water, milk, all spices, corn starch, and pasta. Mix together and bring to a boil. Lower heat to low, then simmer with lid on for 12 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Turn off heat, Add cheese on top of mixture and cover back with lid for 2-3 minutes. Remove lid and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy.
