Cheeseburger Pasta Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 TBS corn starch
  • 1/2 bag egg noodles
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • fresh parsley, garnish

Instructions

  • In deep skillet, saute onion until softened. Add ground beef and brown. Drain any fat.
  • Add hot water, milk, all spices, corn starch, and pasta. Mix together and bring to a boil. Lower heat to low, then simmer with lid on for 12 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Turn off heat, Add cheese on top of mixture and cover back with lid for 2-3 minutes. Remove lid and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy.
