Chicken Crust Low Carb Pizza

Jazz it up with your favorite toppings. It is a very tasty crust.

Equipment

  • large mixing bowl
  • fork
  • measuring spoons
  • 15 x 10 inch sheet pan
  • parchment paper to fit pan

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp italian sasoning
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup bell peppers & onions (other vegetables also that you like on pizza)
  • 1/8 - 1/4 cup pizza sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine ground chicken, eggs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
  • Crush a sheet of parchment into a ball. Unroll it and place it on the 15 x 10 sheet pan. Place the chicken mixture on the parchment paper lined sheet pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  • Bake the crust in the 400 degree preheated oven for 25 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes on counter to set up.
  • Saute vegetables in a pan. Cook any meats that you want on your pizza.
  • Spread pizza sauce (as much or as little as you like) on the pizza crust. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Add your sauted vegetables and meats that you want.
  • Raise the oven temperature to 425 degrees. Place pizza in oven and cook until cheese is melty and golden brown. Slice it and enjoy.
