Chicken & Noodle Stir Fry

My Stir Fry Sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 TBS sesame oil
- 2 TBS fresh minced ginger
- 1 TBS fresh mined garlic
- 4-5 TBS corn starch, DIVIDED
Additional Stir Fry Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 TBS cooking oil, DIVIDED
- 1 TBS butter
- 5-6 cups chopped fresh vegetables, any combination (broccoli, carrots, zucchini, onions, bell peppers, cabbage)
- 1/4 tsp salt, DIVIDED
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, DIVIDED
- 12 oz spaghetti noodles, cooked per instructions on back of package. Drain
- 1/4-1/2 cup chicken broth
