Cook pasta per instructions, drain and keep covered.
In a dish combine four, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 pepper, and 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Put milk in a separate dish.
Take chicken tender and place in four on both sides, place in milk on both sides, and place back in flour on both sides, set on a plate. Repeat until all tenders are coated.
Place 2 TBS olive oil in a large deep skillet and heat on medium high. Place chicken tenders into skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until completely cooked. Remove from skillet.
Place an additional 1 TBS of cooking oil into skillet and heat on medium high. Place all peppers and onions and saute for 2 minutes. Season with salt.
Add butter and garlic and continue cooking for 1 minutes.
Add wine, chicken broth, and heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
While simmering add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste.
Add chicken back in and cook for 1 minute.
Add spaghetti and parmesan cheese and stir carefully.
Turn heat off.
