1lbskinless, boneless chickencooked & shredded (You can use rotisserie chicken)
1green bell pepper, diced
1/2onion, diced
1roasted red bell peppers or regular red bell pepper, diced
1cancream of mushroom soup
1cancream of chicken soup
2cupscheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2cupssour cream
salt & pepper to taste
1tspgarlic, minced
1tsppaprika
extra shredded cheese for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter or spray a 9x13 baking dish.
In a large bowl, place green bell pepper, onion, red bell pepper, cans of mushroom and cream of chicken soup, shredded chicken, spaghetti, sour cream, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic. Mix well.
Pour into prepared baking dish and smooth out. Place extra shredded cheese on top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until nice and bubbly and cheese is golden brown on top.
