Chili Con Queso
A 5 Ingredient Appetizer great for football games or holidays.

6 quart crockpot

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 pkts taco seasoning (or 6 TBS homemade)
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 2 (10oz) cans rotel tomatoes
- 16 oz velvetta cheese, cubed
In a large skillet brown up ground beef. Add onion and cook until softened. Drain excess grease. Stir in taco seasoning. Pour meat mixture into bottom of crockpot. Pour 2 cans rotel tomatoes over meat mixture and stir to combine.
Place cubed cheese on top. Do not stir. Place lid on crockpot. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 3-4 hours. Serve up with tortilla chips or corn chips.
