THIS RECIPE IS FOR A DOUBLE BATCH. HALF THE RECIPE IF YOU WOULD LIKE.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, whisk together both sugars, and melted butter until well combined.
Add in eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
Add baking powder and flour mixing after each cup is put in.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Using a 1 inch scoop will produce 70 cookies approx. with this double batch or use a 2 inch scoop for larger cookies producing around 35.
Place dough on a parchment lined cookie sheet or lightly spray a cookie sheet.
Bake 9-10 minutes for 1 inch cookies or 10-12 minutes for 2 inch cookies.
