Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine graham cracker, butter, and 3TBS sugar into a pie plate and press firmly to the bottom and sides of pie plate. (Do not grease pie plate)
Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
In medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and whipped topping until well combined.
Pour into crust.
Drizzle chocolate syrup or fudge topping onto mixture and swirl with a knife. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.
Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Enjoy.
