Christmas Cheese Ball Appetizer (Reindeer)
A fun delicious cheese ball for the holidays.

- 2 (8oz blocks) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (1 oz) pkt ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups pecan pieces
- 2 medium black pitted olives
- 1 cherry tomato
- 2 regular twist pretzels
In a large bowl, using an electric hand mixer, blend together cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth. Blend in cheddar cheese & ranch seasoning.
Lay out 2 sheets of cling plastic wrap (overlapping) on a work surface. Place cheese ball mixture onto the center of plastic wrap. Using the sides of the plastic wrap form a tight ball with the mixture. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour to form.
After cheese ball has chilled place onto a serving platter. Push 2 twist pretzels into the cheese ball towards the back for the antlers. (The small portion should be pushed into cheese ball with the 2 bigger portions outside of cheese ball.
Push 2 black olives as the eyes partway into cheese ball. Use a toothpick to secure olive to cheese ball.
Secure a cherry tomato into cheese ball by slightly pushing it in and using a toothpick to secure.
Serve up with holiday crackers.
