Churro Cheesecake Bars
Easy Dessert using Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough.

- 2 (8 ct) tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough sheets
- 2 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 3 TBS butter, melted
Cinnamon Sugar
- 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 2 TBS ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with butter on the bottom, sides and inside edges.
Unroll one tube of crescent roll dough and stretch to cover the bottom of prepared baking dish.
In a large bowl whisk or beat 2 packs of softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in vanilla, egg and 1/2 cup sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Pour mixture over crescent dough sheet in baking dish and spread evenly.
Place 2nd crescent roll dough over mixture covering evenly. Brush melted butter over the top layer of crescent roll dough.
In a small bowl mix together 1/4 cup sugar and 2 TBS cinnamon. Sprinkle all over butter.
Place in preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until both layers of crescent roll dough is cooked through. Let cool completely and cut into bars. Enjoy.
