Classic Chicken Salad
No cooking involved using rotisserie chicken for this classic chicken salad.

- 1/2 cup red grapes diced
- 1/2 Red Onion diced
- 1 stalk Celery diced
- Rotisserie Chicken (or other cooked flavored chicken) shredded off chicken (white or dark; or both)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Mayonaise
In large bowl, mix diced grapes, onions, and celery. Add the shredded chicken and mix.
Add Mayonaise, salt & pepper to taste and mix well.
Scoop onto croissants and garnish with lettuce and tomatoes.
Serve & Enjoy.
