Copycat PAYDAY Candy Bar
A Sweet Treat with only 6 ingredients full of peanuts and a smooth inside.

Medium sauce pan

8 x 8 baking dish
- 2-3 cups salted roasted peanuts
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 TBS butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Grease or butter an 8" x 8" baking dish. Pour half of the peanuts into the bottom of prepared baking dish. Make sure the bottom is filled completely. (You may need to add more peanuts.)
Melt 1 1/2 TBS butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Pour in peanut butter chips and stir with a spatula until melted.
Stir in condensed milk, vanilla extract & marshmallows until smooth. Pour mixture over the peanuts in baking dish evenly.NOTE: be quick as the mixture will start to set up. Place remaining peanuts on top of the mixture in baking dish. Add additional peanuts, if needed to fill the top with a single layer. Press peanuts into mixture.
Refrigerate until set, at least an hour. Cut into bar shapes.NOTE: these are best kept in refrigerator.
