Cowboy Butter Sauce
A great flavored sauce for steak, chicken, pork, vegetables or dipping bread in.

- 6 TBS butter, melted
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 TBS Dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp ceyenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 2 TBS dried chives
- 2 TBS fresh parsley or 1 TBS dried parsley
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
In a small bowl whisk all ingredients together. Taste for seasoning adjustments, if needed.
Drizzle over steak, chicken, pork, vegetables, or dipping bread in.
To thicken sauce add more Dijon. To thin out just heat for 10 seconds.
