In the sleeve of your crockpot mix together with a whisk, broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil and garlic.
Add in the beef strips and mix together.
Cover with lid and cook on low for 5 hours.
Whisk together corn starch and water. Once beef and sauce is done, pour in the corn starch mixture and stir to combine.
Add broccoli and stir carefully to combine.
Cover with lid and cook an additional 30-40 minutes until desired texture of broccoli is met.
Serve over cooked rice if you like. Enjoy.
