Place chicken in bottom of crockpot.
Slice onions and peppers and place on top of chicken.
Pour salsa on top of peppers and onions.
Sprinkle taco seasoning on top of salsa.
Place lid on crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Take chicken out and remove chicken to a cutting board. Shred with forks or cut into pieces.
Place back into crockpot and mix everything together. (Add more salsa if a saucier consistency is needed.)
Heat tortillas. Garnish with cilantro, sour cream, pico, and shredded cheese and enjoy.
