In crockpot combine crushed tomatoes, tomato paste/sauce, 2 tablespoons garlic, oregano, basil, salt & pepper.
In large bowl, hand mix together ground chuck, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, onion, 1 tablespoon garlic, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper.
Roll meat into 1 inch balls. (should make around 28-30).
Heat 1 TBS oil in frying pan. Place meatballs into pan and brown on all sides. (these do not need to be cooked on the inside.)
Place browned meatballs into sauce in crockpot.
Cook on low 4-6 hours.
Place meatballs on rolls, sprinkle with cheese, broil for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
