In crockpot mix together, ranch dressing mix, brown gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, beef broth, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Place pork chops into mixture and submerge completely.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
Remove pork chops. Mix together corn starch and water to make a slurry. Add to juices in crockpot and mix well until combined and gravy has thickened.
Serve over rick or potatoes. Garnish with parsley.
