Spray the inside of crockpot with a cooking spray.
Place a 30oz bag of frozen hash brown shreds in crockpot. Pour 1 can of cheddar cheese soup onto hash browns.
Pour 1 can of evaporated milk onto hash browns.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix together.
Place sliced smoked sausage or any flavor of smoked sausage into crockpot and mix all ingredients.
Place lid on crockpot. Cook on high for 3 hours or 5 hours on low.
