Easy Taco Rice

- 2 TBS butter
- 1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 (4oz) can diced green chilies
- 10 oz corn (frozen or canned drained)
- 2 cups chicken broth
In a medium sauce pan over medium high heat melt butter.
Add rice and stir for 1-2 minutes stirring continuously.
Stir in salt, pepper, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, canned diced green chilies, corn and chicken broth. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low setting, place lid on and simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.
