Prepare cabbage, carrots, ginger, and onions.
In large stock pot, heat up olive oil on medium high heat.
Brown up the ground pork and place on a plate and set aside.
In same pot add cabbage, carrots, ginger and onions. saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add pork back to pot.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Add chicken stock and bring to a boil stirring occasionally.
Cover for 15 minutes on low and let simmer.
Stir in sesame oil until combined.
Taste, add seasoning.
