Fall Harvest Cobb Salad with Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing

- 5-7 bacon slices crisp and chop
- 2-4 hard boiled eggs chopped
- 5-6 cups romaine lettuce cleaned and chopped
- 1 apple diced
- 1 pear diced
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
- 1/2 cup cranberries dried
- 1/3 cup goat cheese crumbled
Dressing
- 1/3 cup mayonaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 TBS sugar white granulated
- 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
- 1 TBS poppy seeds
In a small bowl whisk together dressing ingredients. Set aside.
In salad bowl, place lettuce on bottom.
top with rows of bacon, eggs, apple, pear, pecan, cranberries, and goat cheese.
Top with dressing.
