Fall Harvest Cobb Salad with Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients

  • 5-7 bacon slices crisp and chop
  • 2-4 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 5-6 cups romaine lettuce cleaned and chopped
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1 pear diced
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup cranberries dried
  • 1/3 cup goat cheese crumbled

Dressing

  • 1/3 cup mayonaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 TBS sugar white granulated
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 TBS poppy seeds

Instructions

  • In a small bowl whisk together dressing ingredients. Set aside.
  • In salad bowl, place lettuce on bottom.
  • top with rows of bacon, eggs, apple, pear, pecan, cranberries, and goat cheese.
  • Top with dressing.
  • Mix, Serve, and Enjoy.
