Garlic Roasted Pepper Cheese Log

- 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 jar roasted red peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 TBS chives, cut fine
In a medium bowl mix together using a hand mixer or just a wooden spoon cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayo, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
Fold in peppers and chives carefully.
Using 2 sheets of plastic wrap on your counter top, place mixture on top and form cheese mixture into a log. Wrap up in the plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to firm. Enjoy.
