Honey Butter Cajun Pork Tenderloin

- 1-1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 4 TBS butter
- 2 TBS honey
- 2 TBS cajun seasoning
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Coat pork tenderloin with Cajun seasoning and salt & pepper.
On medium high heat melt 2 TBS butter and honey into oven proof skillet.
Place tenderloin into skillet and let sit for 5 minutes. About half way through add an additional 1 TBS butter. After 5 minutes, flip tenderloin to cook on other side for additional 5 minutes.
Place last TBS of butter into skillet and place into oven for 15-20 minutes. Use thermometer to check for internal temperature of 160. Once temperature is reached remove from oven.
Place on a sheet of tin foil and wrap up for 10 minutes.
Unwrap and enjoy.
