Set instant pot on sautee mode. Add oil and vegetables and sautee for 1-2 minutes. Add ground beef and brown thoroughly. Drain any excess fat.
Add garlic, brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, water, salt & pepper. Mix well.
Place lid onto instant pot and lock into place. Make sure knob on back of unit is on "sealing".
Pressure cook for 3 minutes on high power. Then do a natural release for 9 minutes.
Move knob on back of unit from "sealing" to "venting" and allow all steam to release. Once pin drops, remove lid from unit away from you.
I like to serve over basmati rice and garnish with green onion slices and sesame seeds. Enjoy.
