- 1 lb Ground Chuck
- 4 Cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/3 Cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 bunch Green Onions garnish
- 2 Cups diced vegetables I use broccoli. peppers, onions, zucchini
- Cooked Rice
- 1 TBS sesame oil
In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Set aside.
In a large frying pan, heat oil and sautee vegetables. Set in a bowl.
In same frying pan, brown the ground beef & drain. Add vegetables and sauce into meat mixture. Stir and simmer for about 2-3 minutes to thicken.
Serve over cooked rice.
