Macaroni Salad

- 1/2 LB Elbow Macaroni cooked, cooked and chilled
- 1/2 Stalk Celery diced
- 1/2 small yellow or red onion minced
- 1/2 Pepper (any color) minced
- 3/4 Cup Mayonaise
- 1 TBS White Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
Mix together macaroni, celery, onion, and peppers.
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
More mayonnaise mixture onto macaroni mixture and stir together.
Garnish with cooked eggs.
