Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add ground beef to a large bowl and break up into large pieces.
Add the rest of the meatloaf ingredients from the Meatloaf list to the ground beef and mix well.
Place mixture into the center of a baking dish or baking pan (with a lip) covered with parchment paper or lightly sprayed with a cooking spray.
Form mixture into a loaf shape.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, in a small bowl add all the topping ingredients and mix to combine.
Pull meatloaf out of the oven and spread the topping evenly over the top of meatloaf.
Place back in oven for additional 20-30 minutes until internal temperature of 160 degrees.
Remove from oven and allow to sit on pan for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy.
