Cook pasta per directions on back of box for al dente. Drain and set a side.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter or lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir in cooked pasta and jar of Ragu cheese sauce.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
