Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking dish with cooking spray or parchment paper.
Cut the tops from the bottoms using a serrated knife, keeping them together.
Spread Dijon mustard on bottom park of rolls.
Layer 6 pieces of cheese across the mustard.
Layer turkey over cheese.
Layer ham over turkey.
Layer rest of cheese over turkey.
Pace top layer of rolls on top of the cheese.
Mix the melted butter and egg together. Brush mixture over the tops of rolls.
Cover with tin foil.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Remove foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
Cool slightly. Cut rolls apart using large knife. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with jelly or jam. Enjoy.
