No Bake Lemon Eclair Cake

- 1 (14oz) box original graham crackers
- 2 (3.4oz) boxes instant lemon pudding mix
- 3 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 (8oz) container cool whip, thawed
- 1 (16oz) tub lemon frosting
- lemon slices for garnish
Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Line prepared baking dish with one layer of graham crackers. Break a few up to fit into smaller spaces.
In a large mixing bowl whisk pudding and milk together for 2 minutes until its smooth with a pudding like consistency.
Using a spatula fold in cool whip. Layer 1/2 of the pudding mixture over the graham cracker layer in baking dish evenly.
Add another layer of graham crackers onto the pudding layer. Pour remainder pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers evenly. Top with final layer of graham crackers.
Remove top & foil lining of the frosting tub and microwave frosting for 30 seconds. Stir with a knife.
Pour heated frosting over the top layer of graham crackers. Do not spread frosting as it will form pretty quickly.
Cover & chill for 12 hours or over night to set up. Garnish with lemon slices.NOTE: cover & refrigerate leftover cake.
