One Pot French Onion Ground Beef & Noodles

- 1-2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 TBS cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 (10 oz) cans french onion soup
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 12 oz uncooked egg noodles
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 container crispy fried onions (French's)
- dried parsley for garnish
In a large pot heat up 1 TBS cooking oil over medium high heat. Add ground beef and brown thoroughly. Drain excess grease. Stir in salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Add in french onion canned soup, and beef broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in uncooked egg noodles and push down into liquid as much as possible. Place lid on pot and turn burner to a medium low. Simmer for 10 minutes or until pasta is completely cooked and tender. Turn off burner. Stir in sour cream and parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle crispy fried onions and parsley over pasta once plated. Enjoy.
