One Skillet Beefy Noodles

An Easy Delicious Homemade Beefy Noodles made in one skillet in less than 30 minutes.

Equipment

  • one large deep skillet or Dutch Oven

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 TBS cooking oil
  • 3 tsp Better Than Bouillon (Beef flavor)
  • 2 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1-2 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 TBS corn starch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 12 oz uncooked egg noodles

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onions and peppers and cook until softened and lightly browned. Add in ground beef and cook until browned. DRAIN any excess grease.
  • Mix together Better Than Bouillon (Beef Flavor) with hot water. Pour into browned ground beef. Mix in Worcestershire and milk.
  • Stir in seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper) and corn starch. Bring to a boil.
  • Add in egg noodles and stir until well coated with sauce. Turn down burner to a low setting. Place lid on skillet and cook for 12 - 15 minutes until noodles are tender. Make sure to check every few minutes to stir mixture and check liquid level. Garnish with parsley.
