One Skillet Beefy Noodles
An Easy Delicious Homemade Beefy Noodles made in one skillet in less than 30 minutes.

- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 TBS cooking oil
- 3 tsp Better Than Bouillon (Beef flavor)
- 2 1/2 cups hot water
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1-2 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 TBS corn starch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 12 oz uncooked egg noodles
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onions and peppers and cook until softened and lightly browned. Add in ground beef and cook until browned. DRAIN any excess grease.
Mix together Better Than Bouillon (Beef Flavor) with hot water. Pour into browned ground beef. Mix in Worcestershire and milk.
Stir in seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper) and corn starch. Bring to a boil.
Add in egg noodles and stir until well coated with sauce. Turn down burner to a low setting. Place lid on skillet and cook for 12 - 15 minutes until noodles are tender. Make sure to check every few minutes to stir mixture and check liquid level. Garnish with parsley.
