One Skillet Dirty Rice

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2-4 tsp creole seasoning
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- fresh parsley, for garnish
In a large skillet, brown up the ground beef. Right before the beef is totally cooked, add diced onions, peppers, and celery and cook until softened. Add creole seasoning and mix well.
Add rice, water and chicken broth and mix together. Bring to a boil.
Adjust to low, cover skillet with lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
Turn off burner, take lid off and stir. Garnish with parsley and enjoy.
