Let steak sit on counter for 30 minutes before frying.
Season both sides of steak with seasoning.
In a large skillet heat oil until hot over medium high heat.
Place steak in pan and leave for 4-5 minutes. (Do not move)
Add 1 pat of butter to each side of pan to melt in with oil.
Turn steak over & place 2 more pats of butter, garlic cloves, and rosemary, to pan.
Spoon the melted butter from pan over the steak every so often to baste.
Place steak on a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes.
